Milk Rolls
10 rolls, each 120 g
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Knead all ingredients into a homogeneous and elastic dough.
- Let the dough rise at room temperature until its volume has doubled.
- Divide into portions and shape into rounds.
- Let the rolls rise again until their volume has doubled, then brush with egg and, if desired, sprinkle seeds on top.
- Bake at 170 °C (340 °F) for 20–30 minutes.
The result? A wonderfully crisp crust with a fluffy and moist dough.
