Starring by-products

Each of our flavours is produced from by-products or non-standard food. We’re talking veggies that are too small or too big for sale, retired laying hens, or large scale by-products like the whey we use for our milk garum. We are working indispensably to reduce  “food waste” and are diligently researching the development of new varieties.

At the moment, we are investigating beer foam... stay tuned.

Beef garum

Made from beef trimmings.

A new interpretation of the traditional recipes of the ancient Romans.
